Our Guides: The Heart of Kaisora
Kaisora Breathwork is carried forward by a growing community of facilitators who bring decades of experience in inner work, healing, and service. Many come from diverse professional backgrounds—including psychotherapy, bodywork, addiction and recovery counseling, yoga, and somatic practice—and share a deep commitment to personal transformation and collective care.
While all share a foundation in the core principles of Kaisora, each brings their own unique style, voice, and presence to the work. We encourage you to experience sessions with different guides to find the resonance and fit that supports your journey.
Whether guiding individuals or groups, Kaisora facilitators bring compassion, humility, and reverence to the breath, honoring each journey as sacred and unique.
KAISORA FOUNDER & LEAD TRAINER
Tai Hubbert
Tai is a guide whose work is rooted in an intimate relationship with the unseen dimensions of experience—subtle energy, expanded states of awareness, and the quiet intelligence that moves beneath thought and narrative. She is known for her ability to listen beyond words, attuning to the movements of breath, energy, and awareness where healing is already unfolding.
Shamanism served as an early doorway in Tai’s healing journey, opening her to the understanding that healing is not only psychological or physical, but also energetic, relational, and deeply spiritual in nature. Through decades of sincere practice and study, she has cultivated an ability to track the movement of energy within the body, psyche, and relational field—listening for where life is flowing freely and where it is asking for presence and care.
Some of the most transformative experiences in Tai’s own path have arisen through expanded states of consciousness accessed through meditation, breathwork, and psychedelic exploration. In these states, the analytical mind softens and a deeper, embodied intelligence comes online—one that informs her facilitation not as technique, but as lived knowing.
As a breathwork facilitator, Tai is known for her deep musicality and ceremonial sensibility. She works with sound as a living force, curating immersive soundscapes that act as portals for inner journeying. The spaces she creates are intentional, reverent, and alive—spaces where people feel safe enough to travel beyond the familiar edges of self, and supported enough to return with what they have touched. Her guidance is subtle yet steady, allowing each person’s experience to unfold organically.
Earlier in life, Tai followed a more conventional path, with a degree in 3D computer animation and years working as a recruiter for creative agencies. Choosing to step away from that world was an act of devotion to a deeper calling—a courageous reorientation toward a life shaped by listening, trust, and service. Kaisora represents that devotion made tangible: a living body of work born from years of practice, integrity, and a willingness to walk an unconventional path in service of soul, healing, and collective remembering.
Based in Seattle, Tai works with clients in person and online, offering Hakomi and Breathwork sessions to individuals around the world. She also leads retreats in yoga, meditation, and breathwork, as well as public ceremonies and facilitator trainings through Kaisora Breathwork.
Tai is a Certified Hakomi Therapist (CHT) and Teacher through the Hakomi Education Network, an Experienced Yoga Teacher & Educator (E-RYT / YACEP), certified in Hatha Yoga through The Himalayan Institute, and a Shamanic Practitioner trained through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies.
Known for her warmth, humor, and authenticity, Tai invites others to explore the vast inner landscapes of being and to awaken to the deeper intelligence of life that moves through all things. It is an honor to walk together.
