Our Guides: The Heart of Kaisora
Kaisora Breathwork is carried forward by a growing community of facilitators who bring decades of experience in inner work, healing, and service. Many come from diverse professional backgrounds—including psychotherapy, bodywork, addiction and recovery counseling, yoga, and somatic practice—and share a deep commitment to personal transformation and collective care.
While all share a foundation in the core principles of Kaisora, each brings their own unique style, voice, and presence to the work. We encourage you to experience sessions with different guides to find the resonance and fit that supports your journey.
Whether guiding individuals or groups, Kaisora facilitators bring compassion, humility, and reverence to the breath, honoring each journey as sacred and unique.
KAISORA FOUNDER & LEAD TRAINER
Tai Hubbert
Tai is a dedicated practitioner and guide whose work arises from decades of sincere inner practice and professional study. She is known for holding safe, sacred, and deeply attuned spaces for inner exploration—work rooted in integrity, presence, and profound care.
Her path has been shaped by a lifelong devotion to healing and awakening, and by her own journey through chronic pain, depression, and profound transformation. Over the past twenty years, Tai has immersed herself in diverse modalities including Yoga and Tantric philosophy, Buddhist and Christian contemplative traditions, Shamanic Healing, Psychedelic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Hakomi Therapy.
The most transformative work in Tai’s own journey has come through experiential practices that expand awareness beyond the confines of the analytical mind—opening direct contact with the deeper intelligence that lives within the body, psyche, and all of life. Her facilitation now centers around this same orientation: gently cultivating expanded awareness through mindfulness, breath, and presence to help others connect more deeply with who and what they truly are.
With a foundation equally rooted in science and psychology, and in mysticism and the transpersonal, Tai brings a rare balance of attunement, intuition, and grounded care. Having walked through dark and complex terrain herself, she has a profound capacity to accompany others in navigating their own. Her work is trauma-informed and deeply compassionate, creating spacious and embodied environments where people can safely meet themselves, release what no longer serves, and open to the vast intelligence of being.
She is a Certified Hakomi Therapist (CHT) through the Seattle Hakomi Education Network, an Experienced Yoga Teacher and Educator trained in classical Hatha Yoga through the Himalayan Institute, and has received training in Core Shamanic Healing with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies. Teachers of great influence include Adyashanti, Thomas Hübl, Jeannie Zandi, Sandra Ingerman, and Tias Little, along with the teachings that have arisen directly from Nature’s wisdom.
Based in Seattle, Tai works with clients in person and online, offering Hakomi and Breathwork sessions to individuals around the world. She also leads retreats in yoga, meditation, and breathwork, as well as public ceremonies and facilitator trainings through Kaisora Breathwork. Known for her warmth, humor, and authenticity, Tai invites others to explore the vast inner landscapes of being and to awaken to the deeper intelligence of life that moves through all things.
