LEVEL 3: FACILITATION PRACTICUM
Breathwork Facilitator Training
Facilitating breathwork is not just a skill—it’s a living practice that deepens through experience, reflection, and real-time engagement with others. Level Three offers a vital bridge between training and practice, providing structured support as you begin guiding sessions in the real world. This is where theory becomes embodiment—where the inner facilitator is truly shaped through practice.
Throughout the training, you’ll begin holding breathwork sessions for clients and/or groups, while receiving personal mentorship to help you grow in confidence, discernment, and integrity. Through self-reflection, case study discussions, and direct feedback, you’ll refine your skills and expand your capacity to meet the complexity of what arises in session.
Level Three includes monthly group meetings and one-on-one mentorship sessions with Kaisora founder Tai Hubbert. Together, we’ll explore the nuanced terrain of facilitation—so you can offer this work with greater presence, trust, and skill.
Graduates of Level Three are recognized as Level Three Trained Practitioners. They are eligible to pursue certification as a Certified Kaisora Breathwork Facilitator, which may include additional mentorship and review based on individual readiness and alignment with the values of the work.
“Completing the Level 3 mentorship program with Tai has been a truly beautiful and transformative experience. Having both 1:1 and group support during this phase of certification gave me the confidence and clarity I needed to grow as a facilitator and build my breathwork practice.
Tai has an incredible gift for meeting you exactly where you are. She deeply understands the experience of being a newer practitioner and offers guidance that is both skillful and empowering.
Facilitation has become one of the greatest gifts in my life, and I feel deeply aligned in holding space for others. Tai helped me arrive at this place, and I will always be grateful for her support, mentorship, wisdom, and the transformation this journey has brought me.”

ONLINE
Level Three is offered in a fully online format to support accessibility while maintaining depth and connection. The program includes four 3-hour cohort meetings on Zoom, where participants engage in case study discussions, peer support, and exploration of advanced facilitation topics. In addition, each practitioner receives four 45-minute one-on-one mentorship sessions with Tai Hubbert to review sessions, ask questions, and receive personalized guidance.

FAQs
-
Level Three is designed to be completed over four months, though you have up to six months to fulfill the requirements: twelve facilitated breathwork sessions (at least one of which must be recorded and submitted for review), and four individual mentorship sessions with Tai.
This training is intended to be a supportive catalyst as you begin actively facilitating, so we recommend enrolling only when you feel ready to step into this work. While exceptions can be made for extending beyond the six-month window, please note that Tai’s availability will become more limited as she begins supporting the next cohort.
-
We encourage all participants to explore a variety of session formats—such as 1:1, small group, online, and in-person—to build confidence and refine your facilitation across different settings. That said, you are welcome to focus on the format(s) that best align with your interests and professional path.
Diversity of format is not required to complete Level Three and receive recognition as a Level Three Trained Practitioner. However, if you intend to pursue Kaisora Certification, demonstrated experience across multiple formats is required as part of the evaluation process.
-
Yes—part of the learning process in Level Three is stepping into the role of facilitator by inviting others into the work. Ideally, you’ll open the invitation to your community—friends, colleagues, or clients who are open to being guided through breathwork sessions as part of your practicum.
That said, you won’t be alone in this process. Kaisora can support you in connecting with other practitioners in training—either to trade sessions online, or to collaborate in-person if you're local to one another. For those based in Seattle, there may also be opportunities to assist or co-facilitate with Tai, depending on timing and availability.
This is a chance to begin building your practice in a supported way, while learning how to clearly communicate about breathwork, guide safe and meaningful sessions, and gain valuable experience across a range of formats and clients.
-
Yes. All payment plans require an initial $300 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot, with the remaining balance divided into monthly installments leading up to the first cohort meeting.
All payments must be completed before the training begins. If you would benefit from a more customized payment schedule or would like to discuss possibilities for extending payments, please reach out—we’re happy to explore options whenever possible.
-
Yes. Upon completion of Level Three, you will be recognized as a Level Three Trained Kaisora Practitioner and are encouraged to begin offering breathwork sessions to individuals or groups within your community and professional scope.
At this stage, however, you are not yet a Certified Kaisora Breathwork Facilitator and may not publicly advertise your sessions as “Kaisora Breathwork” or formally represent the school. Certification is a separate process that requires additional mentorship and demonstrated competency across a range of facilitation skills.
As a Level Three Trained Practitioner, you are expected to practice with professionalism and care. This includes securing professional liability insurance, using appropriate informed consent, intake, and waiver forms, and ensuring that you are operating within the ethical and legal guidelines of your location and scope of practice.
You are always welcome to reach out for continued mentorship and support as you continue to grow into your role as a facilitator.
-
For those pursuing certification as a Certified Kaisora Breathwork Facilitator, additional mentorship may be recommended to further refine your facilitation skills. This could include individualized support in areas such as client intake and integration, verbal presentation and teaching skills, or deepening your presence and attunement in private or group sessions.
Mentorship typically involves review and discussion of recorded sessions, as well as 1:1 meetings with Tai Hubbert. These sessions are offered at a rate of $150/hour and are scheduled based on your unique needs and areas of growth.
Certification is not guaranteed and is granted at the discretion of the training faculty once all required competencies have been demonstrated with consistency and integrity.
