LEVEL 3: FACILITATION MENTORSHIP

Facilitating breathwork is not just a skill—it’s a living practice that deepens through experience, reflection, and real-time engagement with others. Level Three offers a vital bridge between training and practice, providing structured support as you begin guiding sessions in the real world. This is where theory becomes embodiment—where the inner facilitator is truly shaped through practice.

Throughout the training, you’ll begin holding breathwork sessions for clients and/or groups, while receiving personal mentorship to help you grow in confidence, discernment, and integrity. Through self-reflection, case study discussions, and direct feedback, you’ll refine your skills and expand your capacity to meet the complexity of what arises in session.

Level Three includes monthly group meetings and one-on-one mentorship sessions with Kaisora founder Tai Hubbert. Together, we’ll explore the nuanced terrain of facilitation—so you can offer this work with greater presence, trust, and skill.

Graduates of Level Three may refer to themselves as Level Three trained practitioners and are eligible to pursue certification in the Kaisora Method of Breathwork.

For some, certification is offered upon completion of the Level Three requirements. For others, it may unfold over time through continued practice, mentorship, and review as core competencies are demonstrated. Each practitioner’s path is unique, and this process is supported with care and discernment.

Training Curriculum

Training Format

Online

Level Three is offered in a fully online format to support accessibility while maintaining depth and connection. The program includes four 3-hour cohort meetings on Zoom, where participants engage in case study discussions, peer support, and exploration of advanced facilitation topics. In addition, each practitioner receives four 45-minute one-on-one mentorship sessions with Tai Hubbert to review sessions, ask questions, and receive personalized guidance.

Throughout the training, you’ll be asked to facilitate and record breathwork sessions—either online or in-person—with your clients. These recordings will be submitted for review and discussion during your mentorship meetings.

For those located in Seattle, there may be opportunities for Tai to observe live sessions or for you to assist in group sessions, depending on timing and availability.

Pre-Requisites & Alignment

Level Three is open to individuals who have completed Level Two: Facilitation Practicum and feel inspired to begin offering breathwork sessions to others in a professional or community context.

This mentorship is designed for those ready to step into the role of facilitator with sincerity, openness, and a desire to grow. You’ll be asked to bring your curiosity, humility, and dedication—to receive feedback, deepen your skills, and refine your capacity to hold safe, attuned, and transformative space for others.

This training supports the real-world application of what you've learned—strengthening your presence, deepening your confidence, and guiding you to facilitate with greater integrity and care.

“Level Three provided the structure, support, and encouragement I needed to step fully into facilitation. Tai’s transparency, guidance, and generosity helped me find my own voice and rhythm as a facilitator. I highly recommend this program to anyone ready to truly launch their offering.”
