LEVEL 3: FACILITATION MENTORSHIP
Facilitating breathwork is not just a skill—it’s a living practice that deepens through experience, reflection, and real-time engagement with others. Level Three offers a vital bridge between training and practice, providing structured support as you begin guiding sessions in the real world. This is where theory becomes embodiment—where the inner facilitator is truly shaped through practice.
Throughout the training, you’ll begin holding breathwork sessions for clients and/or groups, while receiving personal mentorship to help you grow in confidence, discernment, and integrity. Through self-reflection, case study discussions, and direct feedback, you’ll refine your skills and expand your capacity to meet the complexity of what arises in session.
Level Three includes monthly group meetings and one-on-one mentorship sessions with Kaisora founder Tai Hubbert. Together, we’ll explore the nuanced terrain of facilitation—so you can offer this work with greater presence, trust, and skill.
Graduates of Level Three may refer to themselves as Level Three trained practitioners and are eligible to pursue certification in the Kaisora Method of Breathwork.
For some, certification is offered upon completion of the Level Three requirements. For others, it may unfold over time through continued practice, mentorship, and review as core competencies are demonstrated. Each practitioner’s path is unique, and this process is supported with care and discernment.

FAQs
-
Level Three is designed to be completed over four months, though you have up to six months to fulfill the requirements: twelve facilitated breathwork sessions (at least one of which must be recorded and submitted for review), and four individual mentorship sessions with Tai.
This training is intended to be a supportive catalyst as you begin actively facilitating, so we recommend enrolling only when you feel ready to step into this work. While exceptions can be made for extending beyond the six-month window, please note that Tai’s availability will become more limited as she begins supporting the next cohort.
-
We encourage all participants to explore a variety of session formats—such as 1:1, small group, online, and in-person—to build confidence and refine your facilitation across different settings. That said, you are welcome to focus on the format(s) that best align with your interests and professional path.
Diversity of format is not required to complete Level Three and receive recognition as a Level Three Trained Practitioner. However, if you intend to pursue Kaisora Certification, demonstrated experience across multiple formats is required as part of the evaluation process.
-
Yes—part of the learning process in Level Three is stepping into the role of facilitator by inviting others into the work. Ideally, you’ll open the invitation to your community—friends, colleagues, or clients who are open to being guided through breathwork sessions as part of your practicum.
That said, you won’t be alone in this process. Kaisora can support you in connecting with other practitioners in training—either to trade sessions online, or to collaborate in-person if you're local to one another. For those based in Seattle, there may also be opportunities to assist or co-facilitate with Tai, depending on timing and availability.
This is a chance to begin building your practice in a supported way, while learning how to clearly communicate about breathwork, guide safe and meaningful sessions, and gain valuable experience across a range of formats and clients.
-
Yes. Tuition may be paid in full or through a monthly payment plan, typically structured over four months.
Payment plans are a commitment to the full tuition. If you choose a payment plan, all scheduled payments remain due regardless of participation, as your enrollment reserves a space in this limited-capacity mentorship container.
If you would benefit from a different payment schedule or need additional flexibility, you’re welcome to reach out—we’re happy to explore options whenever possible.

Completion of Level Three marks a meaningful transition into professional facilitation, and many practitioners begin offering breathwork sessions within their communities at this stage.
Certification in the Kaisora Method of Breathwork is not automatically granted upon completion of the program. It is offered upon demonstration of the core competencies required to facilitate this work with safety, attunement, and integrity. For some, this may occur at the conclusion of Level Three, while for others it may unfold over time through continued practice, mentorship, and review.
As you begin facilitating, you are asked to represent your level of training clearly (e.g. Level Three trained), and may not refer to yourself as a Kaisora Facilitator until certification has been received.
This stage also carries increased professional responsibility. Practitioners are expected to work within their scope, establish clear agreements with clients, and ensure appropriate structures are in place—such as informed consent, intake and waiver forms, and professional liability coverage.
Ongoing mentorship and support are available as you continue to grow into your role as a facilitator.
-
Following Level Three, certification is approached as a continued process of practice, reflection, and refinement.
For some practitioners, certification is offered upon completion of the Level Three requirements. For others, additional mentorship and practice may support the demonstration of core competencies over time.
This may include continued guidance in areas such as client intake and integration, verbal facilitation and teaching, and deepening presence and attunement in both private and group settings. Mentorship can involve review of recorded sessions, case discussion, and one-on-one meetings with Tai.
Certification in the Kaisora Method of Breathwork is offered upon demonstration of the skills, discernment, and integrity required to guide this work safely and effectively. Each practitioner’s path unfolds at its own pace, and this process is supported with care and attention.
