Rainier guides individuals and groups through breathing practices designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and foster emotional awareness and release. In addition to his work in the corporate world, he finds deep purpose in sharing breathwork as a tool for well-being, clarity, and personal growth. He creates a safe, attentively held environment where participants can experience the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit—often leading to self-discovery and a renewed appreciation for life.

Rainier’s approach bridges the physiological science of breathing with the sacred. He offers an evidence-based understanding of how breath influences our mental, emotional, and physical well-being, while honoring the deeper, more intuitive dimensions of the practice. His intention is for every participant to feel seen, supported, and well-prepared for their journey.

Rainier’s path to facilitation began with a transformative breathwork experience in 2020. The session opened a new dimension of awareness and inspired a passionate commitment to study and share the practice. He went on to train as a facilitator under Tai Hubbert, continuing to explore the vast potential of breath as a bridge between body, psyche, and spirit.
