Public Group Sessions
In a Kaisora group session, you are held in a shared field of intention, breath, and presence. While each journey is deeply personal, breathing in community can amplify healing, insight, and connection.
You’ll be guided through the practice with verbal support, carefully curated music, and a skillfully held space—free to explore at your own pace. Group sessions are open to all levels of breathwork experience and offer a powerful way to engage this work in both online and in-person settings.
Group Session Formats
Online Breathwork Journey (75-minutes)
A consistent and accessible online container for practice, regulation, and inner exploration. Each session includes a brief arrival and orientation, a 60-minute guided breathwork journey supported by music, and gentle time to close with questions or reflection. Designed to integrate seamlessly into daily life while still offering meaningful depth.
In-Person Breathwork Ceremony (120-minutes)
An immersive, communal breathwork experience held in shared physical space. We begin with a grounded orientation — intentions, connection, and space for questions — before moving into a 75-minute guided journey supported by curated music, in-person presence, and the subtle power of collective co-regulation. The ceremony closes with optional sharing and time for integration within the group field.
Workshops & Intensives
Extended, topic-centered gatherings that weave guided breathwork with teaching, dialogue, and deeper integration. These containers offer additional space for reflection, participation, and layered exploration beyond the standard journey format. Designed for those who wish to engage the work in a more immersive and interactive way.
