Public Group Sessions

In a Kaisora group session, you are held in a shared field of intention, breath, and presence. While each journey is deeply personal, breathing in community can amplify healing, insight, and connection.

You’ll be guided through the practice with verbal support, carefully curated music, and a skillfully held space—free to explore at your own pace. Group sessions are open to all levels of breathwork experience and offer a powerful way to engage this work in both online and in-person settings.

Group Session Formats

Golden sunlight streaming through forest trees symbolizing online conscious connected breathwork journeys

Online Breathwork Journey (75-minutes)

A consistent and accessible online container for practice, regulation, and inner exploration. Each session includes a brief arrival and orientation, a 60-minute guided breathwork journey supported by music, and gentle time to close with questions or reflection. Designed to integrate seamlessly into daily life while still offering meaningful depth.

In-Person Breathwork Ceremony (120-minutes)

An immersive, communal breathwork experience held in shared physical space. We begin with a grounded orientation — intentions, connection, and space for questions — before moving into a 75-minute guided journey supported by curated music, in-person presence, and the subtle power of collective co-regulation. The ceremony closes with optional sharing and time for integration within the group field.

Workshops & Intensives

Extended, topic-centered gatherings that weave guided breathwork with teaching, dialogue, and deeper integration. These containers offer additional space for reflection, participation, and layered exploration beyond the standard journey format. Designed for those who wish to engage the work in a more immersive and interactive way.

  • “Last night was the first time I’ve attended any sort of breathwork class. It was… remarkable. I don’t know what I was expecting but this exceeded it! At one point my whole body was resonating with “chords of the universe”, emanating from my chest cavity. It was sublime.”

    Sally B.

  • “Thank you for a truly exhilarating and wonderful breathing session today. This was my first breathwork session and it was unlike anything I have ever experienced. I have practiced mindfulness meditation daily for many years and had one incredible Metta experience, but the breathing experience was different, both unique and beautiful. I cried and laughed for a full five minutes after we finished. Such a warm feeling, and so life-affirming. Thanks again for being such a wonderful guide.”

    Thomas B.

  • “I wanted to extend my deepest gratitude for the online session tonight–it was deeply moving for me, and helped open my heart. Thank you for offering something beautiful for people who are hurting.”

    Cory H.

  • “It was truly amazing how the space was held with so much grace and love. I felt incredibly safe and supported which was needed as a first timer.”

    Michael K.

  • "What a truly extraordinary experience. I was simply blown away."

    Simon L.

  • “The experience was powerfully loving in a way I cannot put into words. It literally brought me to tears to receive the breath so fully.”

    Christa G.

  • "If I could describe last night’s breathwork event in one word, it would be ‘Sensational!’ Thank you so much for providing a safe sanctuary for us. I feel empowered and confident."

    Lisa L.
