Breanna’s work lives at the intersection of breath, body, and soul. She first came to breathwork seeking regulation and healing, and breath by breath, learned to understand her emotions, move stuck energy, and let her body remember what safety feels like. Through that journey, she discovered something deeper—the unguarded truth of her own being—and found that intentional breath is one of the most direct, gentle, and loving ways to return home to who we really are.

When Breanna holds space, she listens not only to words, but to the subtle language of energy, body, and breath. She trusts the innate intelligence within each person and creates a container of safety and steadiness that allows whatever is ready to emerge, to do so naturally.

Breanna is most alive in the work that brings us home to our truest selves—tending the voice of the inner child, balancing the dance of the masculine and feminine, exploring the sacred work of parenting, and walking the path of feminine awakening. She is devoted to helping women reclaim their sensuality, power, and intuitive wisdom, weaving these threads into breathwork journeys that support both personal and collective transformation.
