Explore Your Inner Landscape
In a Kaisora Breathwork session, you can expect to be skillfully and compassionately guided in rhythmic breathing to promote energy flow, emotional release, heightened awareness, and meaningful insight. A curated soundtrack of mostly instrumental music amplifies the inward journey, along with verbal prompts to experiment with movement, sound, and breath retentions.
We strive to create the safest and most empowering space possible for you to unlock the power of your breath and explore more deeply within.
Kaisora is offered online and in-person, in both public group and private sessions.

What to Expect in Your Journey

I carry with me
–ROSEMERRY WAHTOLA TROMMER
Describing the breathwork experience is uniquely challenging. Each journey is shaped by your own breath and inner landscape, and no two are ever the same. What arises in one session may be entirely different in the next.
Breathwork serves as a catalyst for expanded states of awareness. You may become more attuned to sensation and energy in the body, shift into new perspectives of mind, or encounter memories and emotions surfacing for release. Some people experience moments of spacious clarity, while others touch into symbolic, spiritual, or even visionary states. It is often likened to a light psychedelic journey or an amplified meditation—yet it is powered solely by your own breath.
During a session, you may experience waves of sensation, emotion, insight, energy, memory, or imagery. The breath has a way of quieting the analytical mind and bringing you into direct contact with what is most alive or waiting to be remembered within you.
Breathwork can touch the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual layers of experience. At times it feels expansive and deeply restorative; at other times it can bring intensity or challenge. Each journey is an invitation to meet whatever arises with curiosity, compassion, and care. You are never asked to force an experience—the process is always guided by your own pacing and inner wisdom.
This work is best suited for those who feel called to intentional inner exploration—who carry a desire for healing, transformation, or insight, and who have the grounding and resources to engage altered states within the safety of skilled support.
Session Preparation & Integration
Breathwork can open profound states of awareness—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Because it touches deep layers of our being, it’s essential to approach the practice with care and intention. Creating a safe, supportive space to journey allows the breath to unfold with greater ease. And as insights, emotions, and energy rise to the surface, we may also need time and support to gently integrate what is revealed.
Check Readiness: Read our Safety Guidelines and reflect on whether you feel resourced—internally and externally—to engage in a therapeutic journey.
Plan Your Time: Leave space before and after your session. Avoid scheduling anything demanding right afterward.
Set the Space: Choose a quiet, private spot. Light a candle or create a space that feels nourishing and supportive.
Get Comfortable: Wear loose, layered clothing and have a blanket or props nearby to support your body.
Test Sound: Use headphones or speakers for full immersion. Check sound quality in advance.
Set Your Intention: Take a moment to reflect on your intention or say a simple prayer to anchor your experience.
Before Your Session:
After Your Session:
Hydrate & Replenish: Drink plenty of water following your session, with added electrolytes if possible.
Reflect & Express: Journal, draw, or create—let your experience move through words, images, or sound.
Be in Nature: Take a gentle walk or spend quiet time outside to ground and integrate.
Move Gently: Stretch, flow, or dance to help energy continue moving through the body.
Connect: If it feels right, share about your experience with a trusted friend, partner, or therapist.
Rest: Give yourself space to unwind. Integration may unfold over hours or days.
Continue the Work: Deepen the integration with your therapist, or schedule an integration session with a Kaisora Facilitator.
