Private Sessions
In a private Kaisora session, you will be individually supported to safely access the deepest layers of your experience. You will be guided in finding a breathing pattern that is just right for you, and receive both energetic and hands-on assistance to access the places within that seek awareness, release, and integration.
Private sessions are recommended for those seeking more guidance in the breathing technique, and for anyone seeking a personalized healing experience with a skilled and caring guide.

HAKOMI THERAPY & JOURNEY INTEGRATION
Hakomi Therapy
65 minutes · $205 | Online or In-Person
Hakomi is a mindfulness-based, experiential approach to self-discovery and healing that works through present-moment awareness, somatic inquiry, and gentle listening to the body and inner experience. Sessions invite a slow, curious exploration of the patterns that shape perception, emotion, and relationship — supporting insight, integration, and embodied change.
This work is non-clinical and experiential in nature. While it can be deeply supportive and complementary to psychotherapy, Hakomi is not a substitute for licensed mental health care.
Consultation & Integration
45 minutes · $155 | Online
More conversational and coaching-oriented, these sessions provide space to explore questions arising in your breathwork practice and to support integration following breathwork, psychedelic journeys, or other expanded-state experiences.
