Private Sessions

In a private Kaisora session, you will be individually supported to safely access the deepest layers of your experience. You will be guided in finding a breathing pattern that is just right for you, and receive both energetic and hands-on assistance to access the places within that seek awareness, release, and integration.

Private sessions are recommended for those seeking more guidance in the breathing technique, and for anyone seeking a personalized healing experience with a skilled and caring guide.

  • The session was the most profound healing experience I have had to date.

    Tonya F.

  • What an incredible introduction to breathwork. It was amazing, humbling, and life changing.

    Nicole C.

  • Through all the work I have done on myself, breath has been the ultimate medicine. I have been able to shift so much pain and grief and open parts of my soul that I never knew existed. This kind of work would not have been possible with the radical witnessing and guidance of someone like Tai who creates a safe environment and exudes such care and compassion for those she supports.
