A Grounded and Expansive Journey of Healing, Self-Discovery & Insight
Join Kaisora™ founder Tai Hubbert for an immersive evening of conscious connected breathwork in the beauty of Sedona.
Kaisora Breathwork is a method of experiential healing and self-discovery that uses active breathing to restore balance in the body and awaken insight through gently expanded states of awareness. Often described as an amplified meditation or a journey into the inner landscape, the practice offers an opportunity to move beyond the analytical mind and connect more deeply with the wisdom of the body, psyche, and spirit.
The evening will begin with a grounded orientation, space to arrive, and an introduction to the breathing practice. You will then be guided through an extended breathwork journey supported by carefully curated music, verbal guidance, energywork, and attuned facilitation. The ceremony will close with time for rest, integration, and optional sharing.
Every breathwork experience is unique. You may encounter sensations, emotions, energy, memories, imagery, or meaningful insight—or simply experience a greater sense of presence and connection. There is no need to force a particular outcome; you are invited to follow your own pacing and inner wisdom throughout the journey.
No previous breathwork experience is necessary.
