INSPIRE a new normal.

Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools available to help you feel better in body and mind, and to reclaim the fullness of who and what you are.

While just one breathwork session can illuminate profound insight and embodied self-discovery, a regular breathwork practice can help anchor and integrate transformative insights and energetic shifts in your daily life and experience.

INSPIRE is an invitation to open to new realms of possibility and potential.

INSPIRE™ is a 4-week commitment to three 45-minute sessions of conscious connected breathwork per week. Each session includes a brief centering meditation, 30-minutes of active breathing, and 10-minutes of deep rest and integration.

Joining the live sessions will help you feel connected to community and the supportive energy of the group field, and all session recordings will be made available so you can breathe anytime it aligns for your schedule.

INSPIRE is a structured, supportive, and sacred space to connect more deeply to your Self, and to inspire new possibilities in your life.

INSPIRE is an opportunity to explore how breathwork can be a powerful resource of wellbeing.

What happens when you commit to a practice like breathwork for one month? Do you feel better physically? Do you have more mental clarity and acuity? How is your mood? What happens in your relationships? Does something become more clear in your life? Do you have more creative inspiration? Clear sense of purpose?

INSPIRE holds the following intentions, but overall the invitation is a simple one:

to be an accessible, supportive, and sacred space to support your quality of life and wellbeing.

PHYSICAL & PSYCHOLOGICAL WELLBEING

As the only function of the Autonomic Nervous System that can be consciously influenced, the breath is one of the most powerful tools for accessing the biology of body and brain.

If you have been feeling flat or struggling with anxiety and stress, depressive tendencies, isolation, or generally feeling uninspired, breathwork can be a powerful step towards shifting patterns of thought, mood, and motivation, and awakening new perspective and insight.

CREATIVE INSPIRATION & MORE “SELF” ENERGY

Amidst the demands of modern life, it’s easy to become disconnected from the energy of life and our authentic Self. We need ways to remember what is alive in us, and to reconnect with the deeper intelligence and inspiration that lives within. Breathwork is a powerful vehicle for accessing expanded states of awareness in which you can experience the intelligence and inspiration that exists beyond the thinking mind.

NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION & INNER HARMONY

Conscious connected breathwork is a form of “acute stress” that can mobilize thwarted energy of the fight/flight/freeze response, so that you can experience deeper states of rest and renewal. Breathwork can be a powerful way to feel more grounded, more spacious, and more available to meet the experiences, challenges, and opportunities of life.

MEET YOUR GUIDE:

TAI HUBBERT

Tai is an experienced breathwork facilitator and facilitator trainer, yoga teacher, and certified Hakomi Therapist. She has facilitated somatic and expanded-state healing work for over a decade, and her approach is one of assisting self-discovery and helping people connect to a deeper wisdom within, incorporating the body and nervous system, as well as the intelligence of the psyche and soul. Tai is based in Seattle, and more information about her background and approach as a facilitator is available here.

“Tai is wonderful. Her grounding energy holds a wide space allowing for anything to come through. I am fairly new to breathwork and Tai makes me feel right at home. I have personally never experienced the sense of calm and peace I feel after a session with Tai anywhere else. This work is such an amazing complement to the other healing/mindfulness modalities I enjoy." – Liz

What type of breathwork will we be doing?

Kaisora Breathwork is a form of conscious connected breathing that engages a circular breathing pattern – a 2-part active inhale followed by a more relaxed exhale. A thoughtfully curated soundtrack will support your journey, along with some verbal instruction and invitations from your facilitator. In the INSPIRE Challenge, you will be engaging the active breath for approximately 30-minutes, followed by 10-minutes of rest. Read more about Kaisora Breathwork here.

Is it OK that I’ve never done breathwork before?

Yes! An introductory video will cover the basics of the technique and some helpful context for what to expect in the breathwork journey. As always, private sessions (available online or in-person) are recommend for those seeking more individualized support or who have histories of significant trauma. Please note that the journeys in the INSPIRE Challenge are shorter than a typical 60-75-minute session, but allow sufficient time to “drop in” and have a meaningful experience.

What will I need for the sessions?

The live sessions will use the Zoom platform, so you’ll need to join with your laptop, phone, or other device. We strongly recommend using external speakers or headphones/earbuds (instead of your device speaker) to support a more immersive audio experience. You can keep your camera on or off during the session. For comfort during your journey, we recommend a cushioned surface (yoga mat, sheepskin, camping pad, futon, etc.), thin pillow, and a couple blankets, as body temperature can fluctuate. We also recommend breathing in a private space where you will not be disrupted. Read more about session prep and integration here.

What if I can’t attend the live online sessions?

That's OK! You can watch the session recordings anytime, and hopefully stick to the schedule of three sessions per week. You will have access to the session recordings for two months.
