This work is an invitation into experiential self-discovery—where healing, insight, and connection to the sacred arise beyond language or story. Informed by trauma-sensitive care, the process listens to the wisdom of the body, gently releasing held patterns and restoring presence and vitality. Breath, music, and guided presence work together to soften mental noise, support emotional release, and open access to expanded states of awareness.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Tai Hubbert
Tai Hubbert is a Certified Hakomi Therapist, Experienced Yoga Teacher, and Breathwork Facilitator and Trainer devoted to creating safe, sacred spaces for healing, self-discovery, and spiritual awakening.
Her own path began through years of chronic pain and depression, which became the catalyst for a 25-year journey of study and practice across diverse healing and spiritual traditions. Rooted in both science and the sacred, Tai’s work honors the innate wisdom of the body, psyche, and spirit.
Based in Seattle, she offers private sessions in Breathwork and Hakomi, as well as group ceremonies and facilitator trainings through Kaisora Breathwork—a community rooted in safety, integrity, and compassion. Known for her grounded presence, sensitivity, and warmth, Tai invites others into a space where the fullness of their being can be seen, felt, and remembered.
